Who supervises us?

We are registered in the Chamber of Commerce from Bogota with the NIT : 901 204 195 -2. We are supervised by the “Superintendencia de Sociedades” from Colombia and we comply with the colombian regulations including the law 1581 from 2012 and the decree 1377 from 2013.

We do not collect deposits

We do not collect deposits. We are not a bank. Negotiations and money transfers are done directly between our clients. Meaning: investors transfer funds directly to companies and companies reimburse the loan to the investor's account.
