Ending the auction: Final steps

Finish the negotiation

The company can choose a maximum of 19 investors. Therefore, the minimum you can offer is: Target amount / 19. However, if it takes less than the minimum to meet 100% of the target, then you may invest the remaining value.

Example

A company seeks to raise COP $ 50M. There were 2 investors who lent COP $ 24.5M each. Then a third investor may invest COP $ 1M even if the minimum is COP $ 50M / 19 = COP $ 2.6M.

Auction limits

A company can withdraw the funds when it reaches 80% of its target amount. The maximum you can collect is 100% of your target amount.
